In a shocking turn of events, a blast rocked a convention centre in Kalamassery, Kochi, during a prayer meeting of Jehovah's Witnesses. The incident, which took place at around 9:40 a.m., claimed two lives and left over 40 individuals injured. The three-day prayer meeting, attended by a congregation of 2,500 people, was meant to conclude on Sunday. The explosion sent shockwaves through the community, prompting a swift response from rescue teams, including counter-terror sleuths and the National Security Guards (NSG).
