Narendra Bijarniya ne btaya ki ek FIR darj ki gayi hai aur ek griddh jaanch abhi bhi jaari hai. Adhikariyon ne sampurn expressway ko cover karne wale CCTV footage prapt kiya hai, jo konvoy mein shamil 14 vaahanon ki pehchaan mein madad kar raha hai. What the FIR Says

1. Complainant: Munil Yadav, an employee of a private
firm, was driving a company vehicle alongside the oil tanker at the time of the accident.

2. Accident: The oil tanker was being driven by Ramprit and had two other passengers, Kuldeep and Gotam Kumar. Around 11:32 am on the Delhi-Mumbai highway, a vehicle driving negligently and at high speed collided with the front tire of the oil tanker. This collision caused the tanker to lose balance and overturn.


3. Injuries and Casualties: While the three occupants of the oil tanker managed to escape the vehicle before it caught fire, Ramprit and Kuldeep sustained injuries in the accident. Unfortunately, Ramprit and Kuldeep later succumbed to their injuries and were declared dead at a hospital.

4. Legal Action: Munil Yadav, the complainant, has requested legal action to be taken against the driver of the Rolls Royce that caused the accident. The basis for this legal action is the alleged negligent and rash driving of the Rolls Royce driver.
